Jump In With Us

I called ahead to see if they were open, and was told that they were.  However, I was not informed that the air conditioner was broken.  I therefore made plans to meet up with another mother and child.  When I got there, I paid, and again nothing was told to me upfront about the air conditioner not working, when it is 90+ outside.  Once I went in, I realized how hot it was.  I commented on this, and that is when the worker stated that the air conditioner was broken.  I complained that she should have informed me earlier, and she said she could give a refund.  However, at that point, it was too late to cancel the plans.  So, we tried to have our children play, but my child became overheated and sick.  I had also checked their facebook page before going there, and there was no mention of the air conditioner being broken.  The worker stated that it had just broken down an hour before we got there.  However, when we arrived there were no other children and she had to  inflate all the equipment.  A business with proper business etiquette would have informed people on the phone prior to having them come to their establishment, and at least would have informed them prior to paying.  I will not be returning or making any further plans to meet other mothers at this establishment.  There are other similar places that are better run.
