The initial repair was OK, but we then saw damage. When I tried to react out to the company I was not able to get a hold of them and had to go to another roofer to repair their mistakes.

The previous owner of my house had the roof re-shingled, but they did not properly do the chimney flashing which led a leak leading the removal of part of a wall due to water damage. I contacted several companies and Alberto was on of the few who got back to me. We needed this fixed quickly since there was a winter storm coming which would have made working on the roof impossible. Alberto was able to visit my house while I was at work and gave me a quote the same day. He scheduled to have it done by Friday right before the storm hit. Alberto and his crew finished the job in one day, cleaned up, and took pictures of the repair process. He came by the next morning to pick up the check, and we went over the pictures he took which he later emailed me. All in all it was a great experience. Alberto inspected the roof and gave me a quote the same day I contacted him. The work was completed that week and they worked on a bitterly cold day on the roof to finish the job before a snow storm. I have not had a problem with the roof leaking since.
