Doug and his crew have done several jobs for me including bathroom renovation, painting and tiling. I have been so satisfied with their work that they are always my first call. I canâ t think of a job I wouldnâ t call the for first.

Doug and his crew did a fantastic job. Showed up when he said he would. Had great pricing and was not satisfied with the project until we were. They installed more than 1500 sq ft of floor tile, granite steps and did a bathroom with 5 ft tiled shower. We will have him back to do the next section of our house. Do not hesitate to hire Doug and his crew.

Doug and his fantastic team set the highest possible bar for the quality of work and customer service that one should expect from all professional tradespeople. The experience was simply amazing from Dougs first consultation at our condo all the way through the completion of the three tiling projects (floor tiles and in-floor heating for kitchen and two baths, plus floor-to-ceiling wall tiles in both baths). Dougs expertise blazed through every step of the way, and his wise counsel reflected his knowledge of process, materials and aesthetics. The team worked long hours, including on weekends to meet a very aggressive timetable, and the team of Renato, Charles and Andre simply could not have been more flexible, talented and pleasant to welcome into my home. When I searched for a tile company I was in a very difficult position as I had my one and only bathroom gutted. The contractor that was scheduled to do the work left me hanging. Doug stepped in and was able to fit me in that same week. He and his workers were prompt, friendly, clean and did an excellent job.

By far Pride was the best contractors we've ever worked with. They got there early and stayed late. They spent time with us designing the bathroom. They made suggestions based on their experience when we weren't sure which way to go.

Absolutely fantastic work. Right on the estimates for timeline and budget. They are real craftsmen and did great work retiling two bathrooms--their work is excellent and they were exceptionally clean. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Doug provide an estimate and timeline that worked with my budget and needs. His crew did fabulous work and went above and beyond to get the job done on time. They re-tiled my shower and it looks great. I would definitely use them again when I am ready to do additional work.

Douglas has extremely clean, courteous and professional crews that he puts on his jobs. His prices are very fair. He completed a 5 bathroom, 2 kitchen remodel for me in great timing. They are extremely patient with customers as deciding on floor tile may be overwhelming, they also help guide you with designs most suitable for your home, for those without much experience with tile trends. Overall 10 out of 10 .. they never got annoyed with all my questions and concerns, they were informative in every phaze and every step of the process. These guys do a fantastic job ! They are expert craftsmen and they alway are respectful , courteous and friendly. They do not leave until the job is complete 100%, they are extremely clean and have respect for your property. Awesome ! I own and run a small Remodeling co in Framingham. With over 30 years experience as a licensed contractor specializing in kitchen and Bathroom remodeling I've seen it all. I called Douglas and asked him to come and give me a qoute on 2 bathroom renovations in Natick. He was quick to respond and set up a time to meet me. When we met and discussed the project I Knew immediately I was going to to hire him !!. He was well spoken and very versed on the latest products. He thoroughly explained how and what he was going to do. I scheduled a start date and they arrived Right on time. On this project I was left in the good hands of Renato and his apprentice. Renato is a true craftsman. His attention to detail is remarkable. Enough said. They surpassed my expectations. They cleaned up after themselves daily. These guys deserved nothing else then excellent review From the begging the process was smooth and efficient. We agreed on certain work / price and time to put tile on my fireplace Team arrived on time, did very good job, cleaned up everything and left when everything looked great and complete! They even helped me on few other small things that I needed help. I am already considering to hire this team for addition work in the future as it was great experience and results!

I hired Doug and his team at Pride to do a simple bathroom remodel. I was changing out the shower tile surround, tile floor, toilet, and some minor drywall patching. Timing worked out that he could do his work while I was out of town. During the process, he consulted with me every step of the way (my request) and made some helpful suggestion that I wouldn't have known about. He wasn't a true designer but his experience with these types of projects helped shape my limited grasp of the decisions I was making. Everything turned out great and I'd defintitely use Pride's services again.
