My water heater failed and F. Dolan answered the phone after hours, told me what to do and was here the next day with a new water heater. Very knowledgeable, professional and excellent service. Because of the situation, I didn't have time to quibble about price, but I would advise anyone with an older water heater to be proactive and replace it before it fails.

I would recommend them highly. He does terrific work. He has nice demeanor. He took the time to speak with us about the problem and what he was going to perform to replace it.
