Elton is wonderful.  Professional and trustworthy.  I have used him for several years and have referred him to neighbors in my condo association.  He is my favorite kind of vendor -- once you know him and he knows your property you don't have to invent the wheel every year.  He comes, does the job, and you know it will be done well.  My advice as he is very in-demand is book him early.  Don't wait to the last minute in the fall. He also cleans up after the job, which is important.  In fact, you can't tell he has been there, unless you check the gutters.  :-)

We have used Elton several times to clean and perform minor repairs to the gutters of our 2-unit condominium.  In this case Elton also installed protective screens over our oven/bathroom/dryer vents to prevent birds and other animals from accessing them.  We have been very happy with the work he has performed and found him to be professional and flexible.  We will continue to use Elton in the future.

Elton cleans the gutters for most of our neighbors, so he was a logical person for us to hire when we moved to the neighborhood.  This year he was hard to get a hold of (perhaps because he is in high demand).  For example, I couldn't leave a message the couple of times I called him because his voice mail was filled.  Yet luckily, I saw him in the neighborhood when he was cleaning a neighbors gutter, and he was able to squeeze our house in.  If you are able to get on his schedule, I recommend him.

He has been very easy to deal with. He comes by and cleans the gutter.  He also does repairs; we lost one of our downspouts and he repaired it .

Everything went very well. We will call him for the regular cleaning. Very professional and on time.

I found him on Angie's List and the work was fantastic. I had called him for a quote and did not know he had come to do one. He left a copy of the quote in my mailbox so I called him back and set up a time and date for him to do the work. He was here when he said he would be and the work was even better than I thought it would be. I thought his price was fair based on the amount of work he had to do. I would recommend him; the job was no-hassle.

Elton Magoon is very professional and did an excellent job cleaning my
gutters.  I have used him twice and will again.  He returns calls and
schedules appointments promptly. He is thorough and neat, putting the gutter debris in a plastic bag as he goes along.  He is one of the best service people I have ever encountered.

It went fine; Elton showed up when he said he would, told me everything he would do ahead of time so there weren't any surprises, and what he quoted is what he charged.  Can't ask for more than that!

This job required more effort than typical gutter cleanings because the previous owner of the home had a tenant there that did 0 work to maintain the home. The gutters look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Elton came by for an estimate on cleaning the gutters along with repairs missing connections and extending the exit sprouts to be away from the home. He gave me a reasonable estimate but the thing that stood out the most was his honesty. He mentioned a $15 off coupon from angie's list and he would take that off the estimate price. I had no idea there was a coupon. Most contractors don't even mention the coupon unless you point it out to them. I really appreciated the honesty there and the price he gave me for the amount of work and materials was satisfactory. I scheduled Elton to do the work and was very happy with the results. He cleaned up all the debris and the gutters are finally clean again. The final price was less than the estimate so I was even happier. Thank you for your hard work Elton.

We left a message with Elton and he got back to us promptly.  He came by to give us a price and we contacted him about a week later to do the job.  If I recall correctly, I called him in the morning and he had time that very afternoon.  I thought at first the price was a bit high for gutters, but Elton was here a while (maybe 2 hours total) and left no mess.  So I thought the price was justified in the end. In addition to the cleaning, Elton did a couple of repairs for an extra $20 (it was $165 for the gutters, for a total of $185).  His repairs are holding up very well so far, so I am pleased. We'd use Elton again.

Elton was great.  He had the best idea, by far, about how to complete the project.  It was done in a timely manner and looks perfect!

This is the second time we've used Elton. He's polite, professional and conscientious. Overall good job; attentive service. Couldn't ask for anything more. Recommended him to a neighbor who made an appointment for next week. Will definitely use him again next year.

Elton came out promptly, as scheduled, and inspected the gutters. He explained what he would due to remedy the issues and provided a very reasonable quoation. We scheudule a date to have the work performed, which he did, as promised. Elton did a fabulous job and cleaned up completely. The only way one would know he was there was that it poured that evening and all the leaks were taken care of. What a pleasure the whole experience was! I would highly recommend Elton without hesitation.

Elton responded immediately to our request for an estimate. His estimate was reasonable and he completed the work very soon after providing the estimate. I was very pleased with his responsiveness and also how thoroughly he cleaned our gutters.

I contacted Mr. Magoon by phone.  He came by, examined our house, and provided an estimate promptly.  We accepted, and within a couple of days, the work was done, including meticulous disposal of all the debris.  One would not have known that any work had been done, except of course for the fact that the gutters now worked properly.

Mr. Magoon is highly personable, professional, and provides prompt, first-rate work.  The invoice matched to the dollar, the estimate.  I would not hesitate at all to rehire Mr. Magoon in the future.  (We had our gutters cleaned in the summer out of necessity; but if you want a fall cleaning, I would recommend calling well in advance to reserve a place with his very highly-rated, popular service.)

Elton replied within 24 hours and came over for an estimate promptly. He took time to walk around the house with us to talk over some places where gutters appeared missing some parts and he explained how he could repair them. Within 3 days, he had an appointment to do the job. He was thorough and careful. Excellent professionalism all around!

Job was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price. We will definitely hire Elton Magoon again.
