Custom Bath Liners

they were prompt, professional and curteous.  They told me each step, had me check things out before continuing.  I had a problem with the toilet running and they came out and replaced it. I would use them again if I needed any work done.

The experience with Customer Bath Remodeling & Liners was the best - from the time that we met the sales .

They were prompt and worked steadily all day.  They had all the work finished by 5:30 PM.   
The materials are high quality and look fantastic.
After they left I realized they had forgotten to put the shelf in the tub surround and I was not happy with the topping put above the wainscoting.  I called immediately and the team returned the next day and put a new better fitting top on the wainscoting as well as putting in the shelf for the bath area.
My only regret is that I didn't ask them todo the painting as well.

The best thing about this company are the liners and enclosures themselves. If you're only getting a bath liner or enclosure installed, these are nice ones, probably better than the alternatives. I would not recommend, however, having them do anything

The remodel went well. The put in the wrong flooring, but gave us a credit on the price. A few months after the installation I noticed the flooring bubbling up in 2 places, our toilet was making a noise that it never made before, the window shadowing product was chipping off and the caulking was coming off as well. Multiple phone calls went unanswered. Finally got an answer scheduled a drop in to see the needed repairs, the worker came to fix and only fixed some. The flooring continues to bubble up, called the same night the next day and finally received an answer, scheduled another day for repairs, a no show, had to call 3 times before I got an answer and was told they can't do anything for 2 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and no phone call and my bathroom has not been fixed. This has been going on for over 6 weeks. I have called the owner multiple times without an answer. The overall bathroom we are happy with, however, we now have to spend more money to fix the problems and I am very concerns about any moisture/mildew growing as we have a small child. I am not happy at all with the delay in answering phone calls and not fixing the bathroom correctly or timely and at this point, not fixing it at all. I feel like we have been taken advantage of for the money.

They did absolutely well. They were good. I think they are comparable. Their price is okay.

THIS COMPANY IS TRYING TO GAME THE SYSTEM, AND ESCAPE ITS PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWS.  IT HAS CHANGED ITS NAME FROM "CUSTOM BATH SYSTEM."  BELOW IS REVIEW FROM MY EXPERIENCE OF 2012:
Shoddy installation, late, rude, and disrespectful of client's time.
After determining that my out of date rental property bathroom needed a
facelift, I decided to investigate my options. The awful reviews of Bath
Fitters and its Home Depot equivalents scared me sufficiently to start digging
more. The lack of bad reviews (at least any I could find) for Custom Bath
Liners warranted a call. This was my first mistake. T
The slick sales followed?we agreed on what I thought was a fair price
(?premium? bath liner and shower surround for $2900 installed, and ?guaranteed
for life.?) Since this is a rental unit, the delivery and installation window
was very limited, and I made this clear from the outset. I was told that the
install date would be within 2-3 weeks of ordering, and unfortunately the onus
was left on me to chase people down to get an install date on the calendar. We
finally agreed on a date, I made arrangements to be late for work?when the
installer didn?t show up as scheduled, I called and was told that the
appointment was for the following day. I know for a FACT that was not the case,
as I had an important meeting scheduled for that day, but I gave them the
benefit of doubt, and agreed for an install on the following day (between 8am
and 9am).
As someone who is always respectful of others time, I arrived at the unit at
7:45am, and waited patiently. At 8:30 am, I received a call from the installer
who told me he would be there at 10am. One hour late. Actually, one day and one
hour late. I called the president of the company, who decided that raising his
voice at me was the appropriate response. I ultimately adjusted my schedule,
and waited for the late installer to arrive. I came back at around 6pm to drop
off the final check, and was disappointed by the half-assed clean up job. It
took about 30 minutes of work on my part to clean the silicone dust all over
the floors and walls. I decided to let that go.
What was totally unacceptable, however, was the quality of the install itself,
which was shoddy. The soap dish appeared to be half finished, and was sagging
precariously. The soap dispenser the company had agreed to install was poorly
installed, and as a result, collapsed into the tub, breaking and causing a
bigger mess. I called, and was told someone would be there at 9am the following
Saturday morning. 9am to me means 9am, so I was somewhat irritated to get a
text message from the president of the company at 8:59am, saying ?installer will
be there at 9:30.? I called and explained how unprofessional and disrespectful
of my time that was, but he didn?t really care. In fact, he suggested that I
not do business with him again, and then hung up on me. And yes, this is the
owner of the company. And he does not have to worry about me doing business
with him again.
Ultimately, it took me four separate days to get this installed to the promised
specifications. The entire experience was awful. The shoddy quality of the soap
dish installation calls into question the overall install?my biggest concern is
that these bozos won?t be in business a year from now. I don't know how they
can, with a President who thinks that hanging up on clients is good business
development, and an installer who can't show up on time...ever.

This company does nice work, though it may take longer than advertised.
When problems arose, the installer and installation manager always came back to ensure we were satisfied.
I wish the job had gone more smoothly, but in the end we are mostly happy.

I would recommend them, as long as you don't work with Peter M.
He is HORRBLE, avoid at all cost!!!
He way OVER promised and always UNDER delivered!!!
 He NEVER arrived on time and NEVER completed the work on time!
It took four days to complete what was promised to be a 2-4 hour job, it should have been a simple install.
This was due in part to poor measurements taken by the Peter M. and him trying to use short cuts
The remainder of the crew was both friendly, and mostly professional. .

Some frustrations with the crew were:
They left our home a mess, but gave us gift cards to pay for professionally cleaning.
They used every bathroom in the house without asking, even entering rooms where the door was closed.

To close on a positive note, the installer was always friendly, polite and made-up for the short-comings of Peter M.
He was caring and truly wanted to do a good job.

First off, when they came to our home, the salesperson was very nice and didn't play any "sales games". They didn't try and sell us on anything, he asked what we were looking for, he than explained what they do, he did mention that they do almost anything regarding bath remodeling (but we were on a budget). One thing my wife and I appreciated was NO PRESSURE! They advertise a price online for $2999 for a tub and wall system, the additional monies I spent were to upgrade to a tile pattern and to change the temperature valve as well as two corner caddys. (we shopped around and this was a good price)
The day of install came (about 3 weeks later) and It started out with a bit of a concern, they were supposed to arrive at 8am, they didn't show up until almost 8:30am. Once they arrived, they reviewed the job with my wife and I and then got right to work. I had to leave right after that, but my wife watched them throughout the process. The installers treated my home as if it was the "Taj Mahal". They covered the floors so they wouldn't track anything on my carpets or floors, they were so careful not to bang into the walls or furniture, they cleaned up everything they touched and then some. These guys were very polite and professional from start to finish, They have a "system" and they stick to it. Our bathroom really looks great, It's hard to believe it was done in a day and for the price they do it for!

They did a great job. They put in fittings in the bathroom for the shower and tub and cut a hole in the ceiling of my living room to take care of any plumbing that needed to be fixed and they replaced that and they did a great job. It was kind of a timely basis and a cost effective basis and they also did a real good job on clean up, there was not a big mess or anything. The price included parts and labor. I had a small leak in the ceiling in the living room and they fixed that. He did the re-plastering and all of the re-finishing work. They came in and did a very detailed proposal. They basically listened to what we wanted done. They did not try to over sell the project. They made some recommendations, which we followed. They put together the schedule and they were on time with the schedule. They cleaned up marvelously; you would not know they were working on the house when they were working on it. They did everything correctly and we are very pleased with it. If I had, it to do over again, I would call them.
