Chris did a FANTASTIC job!!! I have been in a lot of finished basements, and nothing compares to the work Chris did. He was punctual and polite and gave us up front pricing on everything. There were no surprises! When the work began, Chris made sure that the areas were contained and clean. He listened to what we wanted and took the time to gain full understanding of our expectations. I have never worked with a contractor who went as above and beyond as Chris. The basement looks incredible! We have recommended Chris to our friends for a variety of projects, and all of them have thanked us. You cannot go wrong with CTM Renovations!!!!

He is a local contractor and he is a one man shop. He was excellent. He got the work done on time. It looks awesome. His name is Chris Medeiros. He is licensed. He cleaned up after he was finished. Everything was quality. He did everything from the studs to the insulation to the drywall and plastering to the finished work. He did it all. He basically did everything quickly. He cleaned up after himself. Everything he did was done polished. As problems came up, he would discuss it with me and we worked through it for the best resolution. He just did a fantastic job. He was very very affordable. I had gotten a few quotes. He definitely was not the lowest costing, but he was in the mid-range. He messed up something with the supplies and he didn't charge me for it. He picked up those things himself. He definitely was top notch. I have had a lot of contractors in and out of the house and he just did a great job. I would recommend him to people and tell them not to look further because this guy is the one to hire. I would absolutely use him again in the future. I will not go anywhere else.
