They did a nice job. They were in and out. They left everything neat and clean. It took a while to get them in. They came on time. They might be competitive; I didn't look around for that.

THE GUY WHO CAME TO INSPECT AND CLEAN OUR CHIMNEY(S) WAS PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD AT HIS JOB. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT GO OVER THE NEGATIVE ASPECTS OF OUR CHIMNEY REPORT. BUT COMPANY IS BEING VERY GOOD IN FOLLOWING UP. I''D USE THEM AGAIN!

MIKE AND HIS CREW ARE EXTREMELY BUSY...CLEAN SWEEP IS APPARENTLY ONE OF THE FEW MASS. LICENSED SWEEPS IN THIS AREA, AND IS VERY MUCH IN DEMAND. EVEN SO, HE WAS ABLE TO FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE AND DO THE INSTALL BY MID DECEMBER EVEN THOUGH I FIRST CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT DURING THE MOST HECTIC TIME OF THE SEASON (MID-OCTOBER). HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD FOR THE ESTIMATE, WAS HONEST ABOUT THE COSTS, AND DEFINITELY KNEW HIS STUFF. HE AND HIS CREW CLEANED UP AFTER THEY FINISHED. VERY PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL OUTFIT.
