Showed up as when promised, all work done professionally. While they do not emergency calls I would definitely call them again for non urgent needs.

Very well. Their plumber Joe was totally professional, and comfortable in explaining answers to any questions I had. His work looked very thorough and carefully performed. He arrived on time and did the work within the time period promised.

After ripping out all the plumbing a previous 'plumber' had installed which was not up to code I was a little nervous to hire another one. I was recommended to Belli by Obie Comfort Systems who had installed my HVAC the year before. Chris and his crew had everything done in just over a week and the installation looks fantastic. His price was very competitive and below that of all of the larger companies I contacted. Should have called them first.

Their work is always excellent. We had a repair that needed addressed. I spoke with his wife in the office, and she was very nice and professional. The soonest appointment was 3-4 days later. They went out of their way to get my work done more quickly when they finished another job sooner than expected. I very much appreciate the accommodation; they went above and beyond.

When my husband went to shut off the water to the outside hose he discovered that the valve leaked when it was closed. It was a 20 year old gate valve that perhaps could have been fixed by tightening the packing nut, but we decided to replace the thing with a new ball valve. We had had this exact replacement done for another exterior shutoff valve by another company in January when a pipe froze. As an emergency call, it cost us $365.
Belli had previously done a nice job replacing my hot water heater in an emergency situation, so we decided to call  them. I called on Monday and got a Wednesday appointment with an 11 am - 1 pm window. Danny arrived at 1 pm. He pointed out that tightening the nut might fix the leak, but we wanted the replacement. It took him about 45 minutes.He was polite and professional and competent. 

They were wonderful! They were fantastic, easy to deal with and personable.

Chris was very thorough in planning this project which involved installing a high-efficiency combi boiler unit in a challenging location (under-stair utility closet). His planning paid off because the project went off smoothly. Chris is responsive, personable, and honest. I am happy to support a local business and highly recommend the Belli team. We are very happy with the new unit and with our new plumber / heating contractor.

My husband and I, our handyman and another plumber we called for help assumed that the shower was the culprit (shower and toilet are close together). I needed another opinion, read about Belli and called them. I got a call-back within the hour; within 40 minutes the team was at my house. After Belli and quot;fixedand quot; the toilet they then retested the toilet and the shower. Problem solved in just under an hour!

We needed to replace our old gas boiler and utilized the Mass Save early boiler replacement program. We asked for several quotes from different contractors and I thought Chris's proposal was the best for us in terms of the equipment he uses. His price was on par to slightly higher than other estimates. I did appreciate Chris's personality and he was easy to work with - he didn't try to upsell anything and I thought we were on the same page in terms of what we needed. We were able to schedule the work quickly and easily. He informed us of times when we would be without hot and/or cold water and that it would take 3 days. The work went smoothly without any major issues. On the last day, I had several small plumbing tasks that a member of the crew took care of (at a reasonable labor rate + parts).
Overall, we are happy with the final work - everything is organized neatly and logically and (so far) running smoothly.

I didn't have a plumber and was referred to this company by Mr. Handyman when they did a couple odd jobs for me and coulnd'y fix my faucets. I ended up buying a new kitchen faucet and a new bathroom faucet which these guys installed for me. They also inspected my dishwasher since it recently leaked (I ended up buying a new one). These guys did a good job - professional, punctual, flexible, competent and not too expensive. I haven't needed a plumber since but these guys are in my phone contacts for when I do need one.

I called Chris and left a message, it seemed like I had just hung up and he was returning my call.
I described my problem. He had a job before mine but said he would try and make it today.
He showed up about 2 hours later.
Chris came in and assessed the situation, fixed the leak. Showed me what had happened.
Replaced all the inside tank parts.
We discussed some other problems and he gave me his honest opinion that I appreciated very much.
I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism.
Would definitely call him again.

Everyone always arrived on time and they were very professional and friendly. We took a section of our living room and installed a 2nd full bath/laundry room. I am really pleased with the work. The price was lower than two other plumbing companies I had contacted.

Ccalled Belli, made a date. He showed up on time and was very professional. Looked at the two jobs: dryer hook-up and outdoor fountain tube replacement and woalked me through what would be necessary for the dryer hook-up in particular since access to the gas would have to be redone to comply with current standards. He did state that it would be expensive. Not sure if he thought we would choke at the price, but he never followed by via email nor phone. And he also had our address since he did respond in a timely manner to the appointment.

I thought they were very expensive. It took him an hour to change a washer.

I would recommend Belli Plumbing and Heating to everyone.
We decided to use the HEAT loan program and convert our heat/hot water to natural gas. So one thing I had to do was to call around to get quotes to submit to get the work done. You would be surprised how hard it is to get someone to actually show up and be a professional. I had 4 people actually show up and Chris Belli was the only one I even felt comfortable working in my house, let alone he was the best price.
He was knowledgeable, friendly and went over the various options. He treated me like I was the most important person he talked to and was quick with responses. We went over the requirements and different levels of how efficient the equipment was and laid out the various options and prices. He worked with my schedule and times.
The overall work took 3 days. He and his crew cleaned up each day, answered questions as I had them and worked quickly and seamlessly. While he was there, I had him do a couple of other small projects and they were just as good.
I am so very happy to had used him.

Chris was very responsive from the first phone call that I made through the completion of the project. He and his crew were very neat and added the gas line so it is unobstrusive. The inspection of his work by the town went quite smoothly. We will certainly use Chris for our future plumbing needs.

They were great, left no messes. They showed up on time and the cost was the cost no hidden suprises. My drain now drains, sweet. Chris Belli the owner followed up to make sure I was heppy. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
