Larry responded immediately to my first call and came as scheduled to see the project.  He submitted the proposal when he indicated he would.  We scheduled the project and Larry called the day before he was scheduled to start and indicated that  he would start the project but that the long-term weather report indicated a rainy stretch.  I told him I understood  that he would have to work around the weather.  He proceeded to do so and showed up whenever the weather was clear.  When the weather finally broke he worked steadily and reliably to finish the product.  I had to ask him to postpone painting the two final doors because access to them was not possible.  He agreed to come back at my convenience and did so as soon as I called him.  Working with this contractor made for  the smoothest project in a long time!

He was very flexible and approachable. He did an excellent job and gave a great price.

Overall, Mr. Sullivan did an excellent job. There were a few spots he and his helper missed, and I wish he would have seen those spots. The price he quoted for the job was for 1 topcoat only, and it turned out the shed needed 2 topcoats in order to properly cover. I appreciated that he stopped work and before he put on a second topcoat, he told me what the additional price would be and allowed me to choose whether to have him do the topcoat or to do it myself. I chose to do it myself to save a little bit of money. I appreciate Mr. Sullivan's integrity and good communication skills throughout this job. I'd use him again!
