Family owned & operated since 1970. We have 3 full time staff appraisers and 10 technicians, all I-CAR certified. We offer a one-stop repair experience which includes auto body repair and refinish, mechanical repair, frame straightening and unibody repairs, auto detailing, towing, rental accommodations, free estimates and claims handling, We work on all makes and models, foreign and domestic.

Decided that a full detailing was needed for my daughter's "college" car. It needed much more than a simple wash and vacuum. The exterior had heavy oxidation and a lot of tree sap. The interior had the grime that accumulates when shuttling a lot of friends around. It looked like a full-weekend project to bring it back to life. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and an appointment was available in less than 1 week. Drop-off 8:00, pick-up at 4:30. Paint color is blue again, no tree sap, no oxidation, no swirls. Interior is amazing. With cloth seats, the steam cleaning brought everything to like new condition. Engine compartment was also cleaned well, but it is not clear that the driver knows how to open the hood! Very satisfied.

Best body shop experience ever. The guy doing the worked called me part-way through to ask questions that would affect cost. They were very nice, helpful and efficient in the office. I've already recommended these guys to friends.

The auto body shops I had used previously had gone out of business, so I consulted Angie's List for a new one. I chose Al Brodeur's based on recommendations and location. I was completely satisfied with respect to service and quality of work. They were able to start work in a reasonable length of time and finished it in the time promised. I can't comment on price because repairs were covered by other driver's insurance company. I wish I had discovered them sooner and will certainly use them for any future auto body needs.

They worked with our insurance company and quickly agreed to the cost with them, handled the payment and paperwork for us. They are super nice and friendly. The car was ready right when they said it would be, and it turned out beautiful. They even cleaned it INSIDE and OUT! Another plus is that Enterprise rent-a-car is right across the street in case you need them too.

This auto body place did excellent work, they took the car in on the day the said they would, it was completed on time. Handled al the insurance, paper work, adjuster, etc. Set up car rental to pick me up at the auto body shop, and when the repair was completed i just had to leave the rental car with them and they made the arrangements to return it.

The quality of work was excellent, as it has always been with all repairs they have done for us. The car was returned cleaned up immaculately inside and out. Again, that was the case with all repairs with this company.
Their friendliness and professionalism is outstanding - the best I have encountered over the years with different body shops. The timeliness is also perfect - they would try to accommodate your preferences for repair date and always stick to their promise.
Cost wise, they are not the cheapest shop in town, but definitely less expensive than others, and their price is more than justified by the quality of the work. Also, I would trust them with not inflating the cost by unnecessary or fictitious work.
Since I learned about Al Brodeur's from my co-worker about eight years ago, I use only their services, even if it means sometimes driving some extra miles.

They are very friendly and very nice people. The insurance covered the cost. I think the owner is a really responsible person. When we picked up the car, there were some spots that I asked about so he reworked on my car without cost. I'm happy with the work. It's a 2014 Acura so he wanted to make sure it's perfect. The price is very reasonable. For the quality, when I got it last week, I'm very happy with it. I can't say anything about that. I really like the service and the people there. The responsiveness was great. The receptionist was really on top of things and very nice. I think they're very punctual. They were working late and I appreciate that. I like this place. I would recommend them to other people.
