He got back to me with an estimate quickly and outlined the project. After agreeing to the estimate, he emailed me his Insurance documentation, the contract and the electrical permit from the town. Shortly after, we were shopping at Home Depot for all the electrical items. He took his time and chose the most efficient and the best for the money products.
Once the framing was up. Sergio came over and started doing his wiring the basement. After some redesigning of the lights we figured that we needed a new breaker box for the basement as the old will not allow for any future additions to the home. Sergio was reasonable with the pricing for the new breaker box especially because we were in the middle of the project.
Sergio also went out of his way and thought to future proof our home. He suggested wiring for Ethernet cable along with the TV cable to help up hookup a Smart TV which we never thought off. He also installed an outside electrical outlet even though it was not in the contract. He also wired in for a nook which we plan to complete in the future.
At the rough inspection - the electrical inspector was very thorough and was very happy with the work and passed us with no corrections. He also praised neatness and quality of the electrical work.
We are currently finishing up the basement and will update this review after the final electrical inspection, hopefully with some pictures of the finished basement.
