Tom responded to my initial phone call within 24 hours. He told me his price for a tuning, how long he would be at my house, what he would do during the visit, and the likely cost of labor and repairs beyond a tuning. He arrived at the agreed upon time and did a wonderful job. He was happy to explain everything he did and let me watch him work. The piano sounds SO much better now than it did before! I'm thrilled. Tom was at my house for two hours and charged only $140. That was $120 for the tuning and $20 for all the tweaks, which took up most of the time. It seemed like a big bargain to me. I'll be calling him back every 6 months for a regular tuning and maintenance check. I would definitely recommend Tom.

I was very happy with them. It was an excellent experience. I would recommend them highly without a doubt to anybody who want to get their piano tuned. The price was reasonable for what they did. They were here for a long time and what they 1:45 was definitely worth it. There were no issues whatsoever.

Tom is terrific. He gave us an education on our inherited piano -- when it was built, why it is is disrepair, and the best next steps. He is honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable about all types of pianos. We will certainly call him again.
