Discovered my water heater was leaking badly, so I shut off the water supply to the heater (there was a valve right there for that purpose) and contacted Mario around 8 PM on Wednesday evening. He showed up promptly Thursday morning at 8 AM (he wanted to come at 7:00 or earlier! but I had him wait till 8) and took it from there. I left for work, and he was totally done within an hour or two and emailed me an invoice. I later checked his work and found the quality to be top-notch -- his solder joints are clean and solid all the way around, with no leaks, drips, etc., and the heater is situated just right -- his attention to detail was clearly evident. Of course he removed the old heater and cleaned up after himself, too!
