Eric brought a sub-contractor in that was supposed to put a tray in the ceiling and the tray lines weren't straight, Also they were supposed to leave the ceiling paint ready. Nothing was smoothed down. Lines weren't straight. Son said the Painter can make the lines straight, but construction was faulty. Minor portion had crown molding around the original wall. Corners weren't lined up right. The owners son tried to come back and fix but didn't and wouldn't fix it.
