I was moving and I needed a fast installation and they actually got me install with 48 hours.
They were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the fact that they took the time to explained all the details and prices for the package that I signed up for. Instead rush to close the sales, they were very clear with the prices and for how long my promo would last.
I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for good deal and is tired of been cheating from those cable and satelite company.
