After researching and getting quotes from other vendors, we decided to go with Arrow Fence based on reputation. They installed a cedar fence with gate around our back yard. While the finished product is quality work*, there was a severe lack of communication. The estimate we were provided was that the job would take 2 days. They started the job on a Monday, completing 90% of the fence. When they didn't come back on Tuesday, we were surprised and called to find out when we could expect them back. We received a call the next day saying that all gates are custom-built and they hoped to finish the job by Friday. The extra timeframe was never provided on the quote by Arrow and never discussed with me or my husband. Cut to Friday. They did not come to the house as expected. My husband then called Arrow and was told they would not be able to complete the job until probably Sunday. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We had to reschedule plans for that weekend plus went a week when our dog couldn't be left in the yard unsupervised. Understanding that June is a busy time of year to have a fence installed, we expected the job to take some time. However, we expected it to be done in the time quoted. *The only issue we had with the finished product is the gate lock. It was very difficult to open/shut to the point that one really needed to put a lot of effort into pushing/pulling the gate open. Due to the problems we had already experienced with the vendor, my husband ended up fixing the lock.
To clarify, after my husband contacted the vendor when they said they would not be able to come out until Sunday, Arrow did make it out on Saturday to complete the job.  We were very happy to have the job finished completely although we were not able to show it off until the weekend after originally planned. The fence certainly looks great.

I did respond to your husband about both of your concerns, as well as your party plans and your frustrations with the delay in completing your project.I immediately had a crew scheduled and there for the next day, Saturday at 730 AM. We then finished the job prior to your guests arrival and made things right 100%. The Last words from your husband where that of satisfaction and thanks. Although I am disappointed by your review , It is nice to know how people really feel after the project is complete and the dust has settled months later.
