STAFFORD CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: We had Stafford Construction remodel a drafty dining room/breezeway area in our home. The first step was to remove barnboard from walls and ceiling . A window seat was also removed from a bump out in the room. Then foam and batt insulation was used to seal and tighten the room. Drywall and plaster was installed to finish walls and ceiling. The window seat area needed to be retiled, and Ron Stafford helped us find tiles to blend with the rest of our floor. He then did an excellent tiling job on this difficult area with multiple angles. At our request to cut costs, Ron Stafford waited patiently while we did the painting on the walls and ceiling, and stained and polyurethaned the trim boards. Ron then meticulously cut, shimmed, and nailed the numerous trim boards on the five windows, three doors, one doorway, and one opening in the room. Lots of trim work, and it came out great! In addition to this work, we had Ron install a new storm door, build a railing, and replace some rotted boards on the outside of our home.
