He was very good. Once you put this meter you don't get charged for the normal water and sewer, you get a separate charge for outdoor watering and that is what he did. He was here for 4 hours. We had to buy the machine from a certain place that the Town recommends and after it is installed we need to get it inspected and approved by the Town. Price wise we did not have anybody else coming in for the same job so we did not compare anything but we think it was very fair.
