Steve has been our plumber since 2007, and has always provided reliable, affordable service. We last had him in to replace a sink in our half bath, but he also installed a toilet and new hot water heater and provided over-the-phone help with minor problems over the years, too.

Steve was professional and prompt with his service. He was able to accomplish all our needs in a short while and even helped with a quick fix on a sink stopper that wouldn't stay open. The dishwasher hookup was quick and painless and we have had no issues since we began using it. The dryer hookup is working well also, although we did have one issue where the exhaust duct came undone from the dryer, and the dryer was just pushing hot humid air out into the basement. I have since fixed it with some duct tape. The slightly lower grade on his responsiveness was due to not getting a call back quickly when we left messages on his machine.

Everything went extremely well. I would definitely recommend him to other consumers. He showed up on time. He was very courteous and he did professional work. I thought his charges were very reasonable for the work he did. I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

I'm not a big fan of plumbers, but this guy was fine. He was personable. He took sort of a long time to get back with me, but in this town it is hard to find a plumber to save your life. It is almost easier to find a miracle. He told me that he would call me back and at the end of the week I still hadn't talked to him. Then he said he would talk to me the next week and I still had no heat. He was hard to reach. When he got here, he was fast. I had just finished putting polyurethane on my bedroom floor, which takes three days, and he really scratched it. I didn't say anything to him and he may have been unaware that he did it.

Steve came over quickly and fixed both plumbing problems in one stop. The toilet was a 50.00 charge and the tub was a 75.00 charge. We have called him in the past and he has always be fair and quick. All of our neighbors use his services.
