- - they only installed one return for a 14" flexible pipe which was not enough for the system installed;
- - the flex pipe was kinked and ripped so the system was not working properly
- - there were many gaps in the air handlers/so the system was not properly sealed.
- - they did not installed a energy star unit as specified in our contract
