The price was fair.  Talking with them was very easy and they are more than accommodating for pick/delivery if we wanted it and when we wanted it.  The work they did was excellent.  Everybody we dealt with in phone conversation at the store was great.

The service has turned out very well. They wrap the rugs afterwards and they know a lot about rugs. They are also competitively  priced.

Very convenient, plus they did a good job. They picked up and delivered the rugs, cleaned them well and offered to cut pads if necessary. They keep very detailed service records, so when I called for information on my rugs the woman who answered the phone told me exactly what was going on and what the timing would be. They were a little late for the pick up, but apologized and logged my dissatisfaction, and made up for it when returning the rugs by not only coming right on time, but calling to say they were en route a few minutes before arriving.
