Jim had the patience and persistence to work with us many weekends over the course of several months, often lining up full days of appointments at houses that matched our criteria. He was always incredibly prepared and knowledgeable, and had a great rapport with all the other brokers in the community we met during our search. He walked us through the process of making several offers and stayed positive when we were discouraged. He knew a ton about the area and was great with sharing his knowledge since we were from out of town. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Jim is!
