Giovannucci Brothers

We've had almost our entire house remodeled by them. They have been here at least 3 times in the last 3 years. We've had 5 rooms done by them. We have pretty small house. That's pretty much the entire house. They remodeled a room for us where we come in from the outside. It's hard to describe it, that's why we call it a mud room. They're just wonderful.

They do all kinds of home remodeling and building. We've had almost our entire house remodeled by them. They've been here at least 3 times in the last 3 years. We've had 5 rooms done by them and we have a pretty small house so that's pretty much the entire house. It was about $60000. They are just wonderful. They're coming back out next month to do some more work. There were about 4 people and it took about 30 days. They were very good. They clean up everything after themselves. They try to protect everything. They put up barriers so that dust doesn't spread thru the house. They're just wonderful.

Perfect!  On time, on budget, and exactly as we requested.

They were prompt, professional, and very courteous.   I plan to hire them again for a larger project I am planning for spring.  I highly recommend them for any project.

Brian and his crew did a great job. They entirely renovated the inside of the garage. They took it down to studs, framed in an attic storage space, put in pull down stairs, redid the steps, drywall, and everything else one needs to do for a garage renovation. They were timely, stuck with the job until it was done (i.e., didn't vanish off to another job), and kept me fully informed. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I'm sure I will.

We just moved to a new house and wanted to have some renovations done. Giovannucci Brothers was recommended to us by a friend and the only one of several contractors to take the time to come out and actually look at the job, talk to us and make recommendations. They created a punch list of what they were going to do with an itemized list of costs for each item (plumbing, electrical, etc.) and a description of what they would do and how the work would progress. Another contactor simply gave us a quote over the phone and a third just didn’t seem interested.

In all we had three rooms done, the kitchen, a bedroom, which we turned into a den/tv room, and a bathroom. All rooms were gutted down to the frames, redesigned and redone including extra windows and a sliding door to the outside deck. As with any renovation we ran into some unexpected situations. In each case Brian and Mike Giovannucci discussed with us what we thought we wanted and gave us options as to how to solve the problem. They kept in constant communication with us as to who would be working on any given day and what was to be done. Their crews and contractors (Archstone Plumbing and Heating, and Dan the Electrician) always arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and cleaned up each night before they left for the day. When any question about even the smallest detail arose we were always consulted before anything was done.

Cory, the finish carpenter does very beautiful work and we were very pleased with all of the subcontractors. We even threw them a few curves which they easily handled. The wood floor installed in the kitchen had to match other wooden floors in three places and you can’t even tell where they meet. The kitchen was designed and cabinets purchased through Shohola Kitchens which Brian had suggested. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Everything is exactly as we envisioned it. We have some more work coming down the line and intend to have Brian and Mike handle it. We highly recommend them without any reservations.

Every step of the way, the Giovannucci Bros. stayed in touch and provided photos of the work being done. I live out of state and the communication was excellent. The work done was of superior quality and reasonable price. I now consider the Giovannucci Bros. MY contractors and will definitely make use of their services and expertise for all future work on this historic property.

The first few times we worked with Brian we did our due diligence and received quotes from other contractors. Brian always came in with the most reasonable rates, and his work has always been consistently outstanding. Our bathroom remodel couldn't have gone smoother. We completely gutted the bathroom and added a window, the entire process took 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. It's always a pleasure to work with Brian (and all of his team) because he is upbeat and optimistic, a great resource of pertinent information, and often goes beyond what's expected to provide great service and results at reasonable rates. Living in a house built in 1901 that needs periodic updates, I feel very fortunate to have found Brian Giovannucci.

They had to jack up the side of garage to get at the problem. They are very reliable attentive and a pleasure to have around.
