John came out and quoted me for 26 replacement windows. John's window team came out and did a fantastic job, installed all 26 over the course of 3 days. His team could not have been any more professional! Cleaned up after themselves and just did an all around great job. I would not hesitate to work with John again

The project came out better than expected! Working with John for the sales and Dave for the installation was excellent. They were efficient in the installation of the windows (it was January). So the house wasn't open for too long. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards, and the quality of their workmanship was very good. In total they installed 9 Okna doublehung windows with new exterior trim, one very large bay window, and 7 basement windows The Okna factory did forget to ship one doublehung and put the wrong glass in one window, but John took care of that right away and it will be installed once it arrives. We plan to have our front door replaced by YHES soon and happy to have all the drafts gone!

After several sit downs with contractors to get the siding job etc. we were looking for on my parent's home, we hadn't found the right fit... whether it be timeframe, warranty, type of material/product etc. I turned to the local Facebook community for advice, as I have previously had much luck with suggestions and the offering of personal experiences, which I find to be invaluable. This time it did not work out. We signed a contract with John Rivard (owner of Your Home Exterior Solutions) way back in February, whom we thought ran a reputable company...we could not have been more wrong! After scheduling all of the other work that needed to be completed this summer around the much anticipated "start date" on his contract, and being lead to believe that the entire job would be behind us at mid-end July, it has yet to begin! There have been countless untimely or unanswered phone calls/texts and when he actually did get back to us, he had nothing to offer but a string of rediculous and completely unprofessional excuses. Please keep in mind, that all the while he was avoiding us, he was walking around with a sizeable down payment in his pocket, preventing us from finding a replacement for this sad excuse for a business. At this point, he has single handedly thrown a wrench into the works for the plans and remainder of the scope of work that my parents had in place to be completed in this timeframe. Finally, he sent one of his guys to install the front door and he left it incomplete, with promises of returning. Again we habe called, texted for weeks and no John to be found. So, in short, he owes us money that he said would be returned and we are now paying a new contractor to do the job and finish what Your Home Exterior Solutions couldn't. Buyer Beware!

Excellent service and responsiveness from the owner. Quote was exact and followed through on everything that was promised. Workers were polite and courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely hire again!

There operating under a different name now and did not stand behind there 10 year guarantee. I had a leak this winter and they did nothing for me. They didn't back up there 10 yr warranty.

The windows were half-screens with double sash locks, no grids and with a U-value of 0.25. He did a great job with the installation. He did the exterior cells and painted it. He used white aluminum foils. He did a wonderful job and his price was great. He was very easy to deal with. He was very accommodating in terms of schedule and he did a great job.

Overall, the project is great; we are thrilled with the quality of the windows and doors, and the way they look. John and his team addressed all of our concerns, and even worked with the manufacturer when there looked like there may be a production delay to accommodate our schedule. The team cleaned up really well after themselves, which is much appreciated especially inside the house.

John was very professional and neat. Job took 1day (3 workers inc. him) very little mess and cleaned up after completion of job. Would him again.

Bidding process went well. They were responsive and professional. There were a few minor problems experienced in terms of ordering the materials, and they were quick to rectify the situation and make fair accommodations. The work crew was friendly, professional, and performed quality work. We were very pleased with the end result. I would certainly use them again.

They were very thorough and detail oriented. The owner, John was very personable and polite. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He had samples of the window and siding prior to the work. The crew was very professional, nice and personable. When the inspector came out, he said that he has seen thousands of siding jobs and this was one of the best jobs he ever saw and said the attention to detail was excellent.
