They are convenient, the staff is friendly, and anytime I call they are able to respond. They are thorough in the maintenance of the furnace.

Very good. Their price was very competitive compared to others who gave me quotes. They were very thorough, professional and responsive. The fire department has to inspect all new boiler installations, and the fire inspector made a comment after inspecting our system that United always does a really nice job.

The thing I like best about this company is that they are extremely responsive. You do have to keep on top of them with their prices, but if you tell them that, they'll bring the price down. At least they do bring it down for you. As a consumer though you have to know your prices and that is true in any walk of the business world.

They did a fantastic job. Gave me a fair price for an Olsen low-boy furnace, installed it professionally and punctually. Although they are busy and I would have had to wait for four weeks to fit into their regular schedule, because they knew I had small children and the weather was getting colder, they moved up the appointment and fit me in within 10 days. They did mis-size the top air duct and so had to jack up the furnace on concrete blocks to meet it, but this system was fine with me (they checked to make sure) and then got the job done sooner. I now have a service contract with them and they maintain the furnace and my hot water heater within hours any time I call.
