Steven did a great job stepping into a project that was already underway, and we had an issue with a prior electrician. He completed the wiring of our shed and installing outlets on an outside structure in our back yard. The important part to me was that he bid a very fair price for a situation he knew we needed to get finished and didn't try to run it up like some others we spoke to, and we appreciated it. He was quick and complete in his work.

I called Stephen because my boiler was not coming on intermittently. He
came over that evening. He diagnosed the problem. The next morning he
picked up the needed component and called me to schedule installation
later that day. He was right on time, and the installation went
smoothly. Price quoted was the price I paid including the cost of parts.
Extremely satisfied, cost was very fair, service was outstanding.

Mr. Cosgrove gave me an estimate, scheduled the work, showed up on time and well prepared. He explained all of the work, was very proffessional and even did a complete clean-up when finished!

Stephen did good work, and was pleasant to deal with. He seemed very knowledgeable, and worked hard to fix the intermittent power loss problem. His initial fix for that did not work, and when I called to tell him that the problem was still there, he was back at my house within 30 minutes to continue investigating the problem. He was able to pinpoint the cause, and had to perform some non-trivial re-wiring of the circuit panel to resolve it.

Steve gave me a full estimate, described everything that was going on, giving a recommendation and supplying an estimated price. Steve was easy to get in touch with and schedule appointments with. He was pleasant and professional.

Great. Stephen was very professional, showed up on time, and didn't leave until everything was done. When he ran into what he thought would be a cosmetic issue with one of the outlets, called me right away to explain it and we came up with a great alternative.
