Steve was right on time installed the test equipment , 3 days later picked it up and e-mailed the results
the same day.

He was responsive to phone calls and punctual, but during the set up of the test and in responding to questions, he was rude and condescending, both to us and to our realtor. For that reason we would not recommend him.

Steve responded quickly and came on time to setup the equipment, and again to pick it up after letting it run for 24 hours. He promptly sent a PDF report of the radon test results and background information about how to interpret it, which was what we needed. No drama and seemed like a fair price -- satisfied customer.

"Steve the Radon Man" responded to calls quickly, arrived exactly as scheduled and called back with the test results immediately after picking up the radon measuring equipment. While the results were "normal", he asked if we were planning on removing the existing basement floor tiles (answer: yes) and installing a new one because the existing floor tiles also functioned as a radon seal. His suggestion led us to investigate the topic more and helped us to make sure that the new floor would also serve as a radon seal. Excellent suggestion!; and one that we would not have known to investigate otherwise.

Radonman answered his phone and returned voicemails promptly, was responsive to questions about the testing methods and standards and showed up on time to deliver and retrieve the testing equipment. The results of the test were delivered promptly via email in an easy to read format.
