I discovered Kirley Masonry last year when I needed to order more wood pellets. I had used 4 tons of pellets by early February. It was one of the coldest winters I can remember, we had that polar vortex and as a result wood pellets were in short supply. People were stealing split wood in NH. Other pellet dealers who I had been doing business with for years were rationing out only 10 bags of pellets as their large shipments came in. They said they didn't even know when there shipments were going to arrive and that I'd have to come and pick them up on a first come first serve basis. I heard it was total mayhem. This is just not how you treat your customers.

When I called Kirley Masonry I spoke with Eric and I asked if I could order pellets, his price was fair, he said how much do you want? I said a ton, and asked about delivery he said, sure no problem, he just needed a deposit to place the order and he'd deliver them to me next week when his shipment came in. He was true to his word, the following week Joe came with the delivery truck and forklift. He placed them exactly where I asked him to without any difficulty. I was very impressed. I called Eric to personally thank him.

This summer I called Kirley Masonry for a good stove cleaning and tune up of my Harmon XXV because they are a Harmon dealer and I wanted to give them my business. It started making some loud noise last year. Joe came out and immediately noticed a problem with my pellet stove, he called it and quot;sticky stove syndrome.and quot; He said he would try to have it covered under a manufacturers defect. They had to call Harmon on Monday and order a few parts. I asked them to go through it and see if there was anything else that needed to be replaced. Last week Joe and Tim came and picked up my stove at the exact time they said they would. So at 11AM they loaded it up, brought it back to their shop and worked on it late into the night and early the next morning. At about 10AM they were back! They got it installed and fired it up quickly! Joe said there was another part he had to replace that wasn't covered under the manufacturers defect but I was more than happy to pay for this repair, he said the chain and the gear set would need to be replaced in about two years so he definitely saved me some money. It's running like a brand stove now. We were thrilled because this is currently our only heating source, they took a lot of our stress away. You just don't find this kind of customer service every day. I highly recommend doing business with this company. I look forward to doing more business with them, this winter I scheduled a couple tons Okanagan Douglas Fir pellets to be delivered and trying this new premium pellet they sell in the dead winter. They are honest. They are still in a bit of a learning stage. They made a few mistakes. When they put in the stove they didn't center in properly, but they came back right away and fixed that.
