We initially asked for plans after 2 meetings with estimates. We sent the plans back for revisions. There were questions on how the rooflines could be adjusted to accommodate the new addition and porch. We were given a second set of plans, drawings to review before signing a contract. we were given a very detailed work schedule and payment schedule. Our foreman, Mike, could not have been more supportive. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed immediately. We never had to wait for a call back. Mike was available to us via text and email and was willing to meet with us usually within a few hours. the work crew was always on time and always put in a full day's work. the job site was always cleaned daily. We had many compliments from neighbors as to how efficient and no-nonsense the work crews were. This also included all the subcontractors. We did hit several delays in the schedule due to the weather as the work began late autumn and into the winter. the quality of the work was top notch. We are 100 percent satisfied with the finished product. We received less expensive quotes from other contractors, but chose Jodice & Sons as they were local and we knew of several other renovation projects that they had done in our area. We were right on budget....no surprises.

Everything went as or better than planned.  They were respectful and communicated very well

The design and planning phase was outstanding.  There was no hard sell, but excellent advice was provided to ensure the plans included all of the items we were looking for and needed from the project.

Communication - the communication was outstanding.  Every step of the 3 month project was planned out and communicated regularly.

Timing - The job was started and completed within the initial time frame we were given.  In fact, the project was completed two weeks early.  Every step of the project was planned out in advance and all contractors showed up and completed the jobs they were performing in the time frame that was communicated.

Cost - The project cost came within the estimated cost plus any changes that we made as the project progressed.  all changes were communicated and we feel we received the most reasonable price for the added items we chose to include in the project.

Quality - the quality of the workmanship is outstanding from the excavation, framing, roofing, mechanical to the painting, flooring and carpet installation.  Very close attention to the sub-contractor detail's and quality was performed.

Professionalism:  everyone that performed work on the project was extremely professional and eager to make sure we were happy with the work performed.

We would highly recommend Jodice and Sons, Inc to anyone that is looking for a respectable contractor to perform work on their home.  we would recommend Jodice and Sons for large, medium and small projects.  They have the ability to design, plan and complete any job large or small with quality workmanship.
