Our doorknob internal mechanism broke and we could not turn the knob to open the door. The door was the major door into the house so we really needed it fixed quickly. Eagle was there in 45 minutes and fixed it right away. While we had to replace the knob and mechanism, at least we have a door that opens! Very responsive and professional

He did a decent job but was sloppy in filling the holes of the old doorknob. The white putty doesnt look finished at all. He also couldn't or didn't offer me choices about the color of the new knob. He had to be encouraged to clean up his mess.

Eagle locksmith was great. We just bought a new home in Mansfield and Eagle came the same day we moved in to change the locks. They were there within a couple hours of my call and worked quickly and efficiently. The guy who came was also just a really nice guy. Overall a very good experience and I would use them again.
