They never showed up for scheduled appointment.

It was a great experience. Spent an hour in their showroom picking out the carpeting. They presented us with many options we hadn't considered. Price was pretty close to what we budgeted.  Chuck came out and measured a few days later. Because this was part of a total reconstruction of our bedroom timing was tough (coordinating with other trades) but they came through in the 11th hour and the installation was absolutely perfect. Crew was very thorough and friendly. 
Paula followed up with us a few days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The tile floor Anselone laid down has been a nightmare. We chose a local small business to install our tile floor in our kitchen thinking we would get superior service, but we found just the opposite. In hindsight, I should have know there would be problems from the beginning. At first, Anselone planned to laid down a new sub-floor, but once work began they decided we did not need this. Their installation crew showed up and had to borrow a marker from me to mark tiles for their cuts. I should have known a professional installer would have been better prepared. When installation was complete, the only immediate flaw I noticed was that Anselone did not re-install the bi-fold closet doors they removed. I later learned that a professional installer should have trimmed the doors as necessary and re-installed them. Instead, Anselone just left the doors off the tracks.
Within months, all of the grout began cracking. It took months to get Anselone to come look at the damaged grout even though they are located only about a mile from our house. They finally came out after months of calling and said they would re-grout the floors. Since then, it has been nearly a year without them returning. I contacted Anselone again in June, and in early July they emailed to say they would come fix the floor after the 4th of July holiday. Since then, I have not heard from them at all and the floor continues to deteriorate. It seems now that the entire floor may need to be replaced, and I've now noticed at least one cracked tile. I'm very disappointed that the small business located so close to my home would do some a poor job and then not stand by their work.
