We chose to work with Andrea Bray from Coldwell Banker in Manchester, MA because we went to an open house where she was the seller's real estate agent. She was friendly, warm, and enthusiastic, but not pushy. We contacted her the following week to set up an initial consultation. From beginning to end, she was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. We felt in good hands during the entire home search and eventual home buying process. She was patient in answering lots and lots of questions, too. Though she had many clients, she always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. Andrea made us feel like we were at the top of her priority list over the five months when we were actively searching for a home, even though we were first-time buyers with a limited budget. Her extreme professionalism and optimism make her a real gem. The happy ending is that we love, love, love our home and neighborhood. After our experience, I can't imagine using anyone else if and when we sell our house.
