Excellent - I can't believe this space didn't even exist 8 weeks ago! Justin is fast, professional and works quickly. He is still working on the house (on a different project) and he's been great. Always easy to contact, no payment or invoice disputes, excellent quality work, and very reasonably priced.

Justin Brown is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We thought his professional advice was very helpful and we were able to make informed decisions with his help. He provided high quality work at a very reasonable price. He's also very responsible towards his customers and will make sure the job is finished well. We are very satisfied with his work. I have referred him to some our friends and if we need any more construction work done, we will go to his company again in future.

justin has done other work for me (a full basement conversion) and had done an exceptional job.  when people would come into that finished basement after his work, they ALL would gasp and comment on how gorgeous it was.  this window replacement was no different.  they had varying size windows to fit from both the inside and from the outside (for the 3 very large windows).  there were 22 windows in all.  they were able to do the work in a timely fashion as well as exceptionally well.  they removed some approximately 40 year old siding in order to put in the large windows, and put that old siding back flawlessly (it could have cracked, etc., due to age).  they also had to add new interior trim as the new windows were wider than the older windows, and that had to be accommodated in the trim.  we had an architect in our home after the windows were done, and during my meeting with the architect, he commented on how good the work on the windows was.  again, a testament to justin's workmanship.  justin is a stickler for details, and will sometimes take a longer time than you would think necessary on something, but he just has to get it exact, and i was the beneficiary of that attentiveness.  with his account, i was able to get an additional 10% discount on the anderson windows i ordered from homedepot.  yet another bonus. i would unabashedly choose him again for future projects.  all in all:  GREAT work, GREAT price.

Overall, the most recent basement renovation went as smoothly as the previous jobs have gone. The materials were delivered on time, the work was started and completed on time and the quality and attention to details is consistant.

The room came out beautifully and integrates so well with the rest of the house that no one would ever believe it was once a garage. I
honestly think that job was such a success because of Justin's architectural sense, excellent standards and overall tenacity. But the best single word to describe him would have to be smart. He has a keen design sense and knowledge of the construction process as well as available products that enable him to visualize and communicate the finished result. The job was tastefully done while staying within my budget. We did not have to overboard in price to achieve a casual, put together look that is anything but cheap.
It was easy to work with Justin and a pleasure to have him and his crew of guys around the house. They were always punctual, respectful, and helpful, as well as being quite skilled carpenters themselves. A thing I noticed as being a good sign that the job would go smoothly was how well they all worked together; enjoying the work, putting in full days, understanding the finished picture, and all the while showing the utmost respect for Justin.
The project went very well from start to finish and I would definitely recommend Justin Brown for any construction business small or large.
