They were very responsive and were at my house a few days after calling. Totally professional, explained everything very clearly, took my pets into consideration when using chemicals, and were neat and clean. I plan to hire them every fall to keep the mice out.

I very HIGHLY recommend this company. They clicked all of the A boxes and if anything tried to down sell me. So impressed I signed up for an annual maintenance contract with NO pressure from them. Goodby mice right away... goodby any other bugs or critters as well.

The technician Jeff came to our house for a thorough inspection and then placed traps in the areas where there was activity. I've waited to review until we had the scheduled follow-up inspections. At this point, Jeff has returned twice to re-bait traps, remove any dead animals, and assess the activity. The mice are no longer active in the kitchen. Jeff reported that there was still activity in the basement - not surprising since the weather has turned cold and mice are still finding a warm house attractive. Jeff is very professional, friendly, thorough, and easy to work with. I find the cost very reasonable - there has been no charge for the follow-up visits. I'm very comfortable with the service and having seen how it's gone over these two months, I feel that we have found our pest control provider.

He is great! He's phenomenal and we loved working with him. He's prompt. He called me back immediately every time I called him, and called to confirm appointments. I bought a yearly package for all basic bugs, including bees, ants, and mice. He comes three times a year for basic spraying, but he will come out promptly to deal with anything covered. For example, we had some evidence of mice in the shed and he came out right away to help with it. You don't have to pay the full 525 all at once for the year, which is kind of nice.

The person who came out did a terrific job and was very professional. He was prompt, reliable and did a good job.
