Wood Precision General Contractor

Wood Precision General Contractors rehabbed the exterior of our neighbor's Victorian home including siding, trim, and porch. We liked how it looked and our neighbor highly recommended Wood Precision. Giovani Miranda came out to our house shortly after we contacted him and walked through all of our various projects. He made many great suggestions and found some things the other contractors we brought by missed. We scaled back the project because of cost and decided to move forward. Giovani and his crew did much of the work during Thanksgiving week while we were away. All seven projects listed above were completed in a timely manner and as discussed. For the most part we were happy with the job and quality of the work. One item we were disappointed with was the shingle color did not match the shingle color on the other sides of the roof. I know its hard because the shingles get fadded by the sun and weathered but I think they could have matched it better. Luckily you can't see the shingles side by side. The second item we were disappointed with was the gates. My understanding was that Giovani was going to install the pre-manufactured gates made by Azek (same composite brand as the ramp). Giovani instead made his own gates out of another composite material. They look OK and match the deck railings but the quality could have been better. All said and done we are happy with the work and will use Giovani again in the future.
