The team at Wilko came as a referral from neighbors. Bill set the proper expectations for the jobs we needed done in our house. Mike and Billy were punctual, professional, patient and kind while they worked through the tasks on our list. We really appreciate their expertise and level of care.

It went very well! The wiring problem was diagnosed quickly and the overhead light was replaced with a more energy efficient and brighter light fixture. We're looking forward to working with Wilko Systems on installing grounded electrical outlets in our bedroom and repairing an outlet in our living room.

Bill explained the cause of the leak and packed the top of the electrical riser with duct seal as a temporary fix.

It went just fine. I got the info I needed with no damage to the house finishes.

Bill and his team are amazing. Despite the fact that he had a busy schedule he found time to work with me so I could make my move-in date. As a first time home owner I was nervous about taking on an older house but Bill made me feel at ease and offered great advise. Our condo building common areas needed upgraded hard-wired smoke and CO detectors. I researched master electricians on Angie's List and noticed that although several had good reviews, some of the same ones also had poor reviews, which concerned me. I contacted Wilko Systems as they had one great review and no poor reviews.   Bill replied to my phone message in a professional and timely manner and shortly thereafter arrived punctually to assess the job. He was friendly and enthusiastic and efficiently evaluated the scope of the work needed, while patiently answering all my questions. He gave me a quote for the work and I made an appointment for the following week. He called the day before to confirm the time of arrival, and the next day he arrived right on time with 2 crew members and took them through the building and explained what need to be done. HIs crew members were extremely efficient, professional, respectful and friendly. It was very enjoyable dealing with them.  I have peace of mind now that our building has excellent hard-wired smoke/CO detectors. Bill and his team were absolutely terrific. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will definitely use their services should I need them again. Two thumbs up!!!

We have used Wilko Systems for all our electrical work in two houses for 20 years.  They are always extremely competent, punctual, professional and easy to work with.  On this occasion, Bill Kotowski himself came out to do the work - we had not seen each other for several years.  He's a delightful person to deal with, and he had the system up and running in less time than I was expecting.  The system is working perfectly.
