We contacted our Management Company to inquire about a recommendation to have our deck cleaned, stained and weatherized. They recommended Warren's Painting & Carpentry. I contacted them immediately to get a price quote. I am happy to report that the project has been completed by Warren's Painting. He and his assistant performed a thorough power washing of the deck and surrounding support boards - returned two days later in order for it to dry out - and performed the weatherization services by applying the recommended materials which they provided.
We had to chuckle when we realized that our back yard neighbor had also hired Warren for the same services. As a result we are now both weatherized. My husband and I are completely satisfied with Warren's work. We were pleased to meet him and were happy to learn that he is a man of many talents. He is licensed, insured and very talented. We highly recommend Warren's Painting and will definitely consult with him the next time we have a project.

I called Warren about a week before we wanted the work done, he came to our house that evening to give us a quote, the price was reasonable, we bought the paint, he showed up with an employee on time, they did the work quickly and well, and left the rooms looking terrific. Very happy with both the quality of the work and the service we received. We'll definitely use him again.
