Raja did excellent work overseeing a large renovation project for a house in Cambridge, from start to finish while I was in a different town. This was a comprehensive job involving multiple contractors. Raja took the time to gather different bids, which gave us reasonable options to choose from. He knew what to look out for and kept a close eye on completion. I’m glad I could count on Raja at one point where the contractor had cut corners with the hardwood floors — Raja had them re-do the job at no cost. I could not have done it without his help and advice. I’m impressed by his responsiveness and integrity to do the job right. Over the course of a year, Raja has helped me with various other maintenance tasks while I was out of town. The experience of these assignments makes me confident that he will be a great property manager for the rental.

A couple months ago, my condo association hired Raja to manage our building. Basically, his job is to make sure that any preventative/routine maintenance gets done as well as be a point of contact for any more urgent issues that come up. Overall, I would say that he has done an outstanding job! When he came on board, there was a big backlog of work that needed to be done. Raja did an excellent job of managing these projects and communicating progress to fellow owners. Some of which are not the easiest people to deal with! But Raja's steady/calm/professional demeanor helped make sure everyone was happy. I am also impressed with the quality/price of contractors in his network. Would hire him again. And even recommend to a friend!

Raj is an outstanding property manager who has done amazing work for us. We recently moved out of the state for a new job opportunity and decided to turn our beloved home into a rental property, while we were in the middle of an extensive renovation project. Overwhelmed, we went to Angie's List and connected with Raj of Varada Properties. In spite of the aggressive renovation schedule ahead of tenants due to move in, Raj calmly and competently managed all the steps that had to be done in our absence. He communicated very well, anticipated issues accurately, and was able to manage the project on our behalf to an complete satisfaction.
