When I called to set up the appointment , which was a referral, Kim never informed me that the labor charge includes travel time to and from the place of service. That added on an hour of labor ($130) to the bill, which was only a 1.5 hour job and there's an $8 fuel surcharge.
When I called and spoke to Michael to pay for services he seemed less than apologetic for the mishap.
