Sunrise Contractor

Provider contacted me to setup a visit to review the work. The job involved paining the trim on my house and detached garage. After a few minutes the provider informed me that the job would cost more than the value of the coupon. I requested that the provider give me an estimate as to how much more the job would be and he seemed uncomfortable with this but reluctantly agreed to provide the estimate. I never heard from him again.
The trim on my home is in good condition as far as paint is concerned. I've done enough painting in my life such that I believe the job could have been completed in 40-60 man-hrs. The thought crossed my mind that no matter how small the job was the response would have been that the coupon would not have covered it.
If the provider did not want to do the job then he should have stated such instead of committing to provide an estimate and then not following through.

The only thing I disliked was Sunrise Contractor didn't always come on the day they said they would, a day or two behind. They were never more than maybe two days behind. Other than that, I like everything about them. I would highly recommend them. Giovanni was the guy that I dealt with, and he was extremely professional. He explained all the options before I would decide what I wanted and he was very good in explaining exactly what my options were. They do really, really good work at a very fair price. The estimate that they gave me were much better than any estimates that I got for any of the work and the quality was excellent.
