SPADARO PAINTING WALLCOVERING

"(member name removed) called me to report that two areas had come loose so I called her back within the day to set up a time to go back and fix it. I tried to explain to her that the paper she picked ( Black Grasscloth) can not have any paste or even water touch the face of the paper because it will stain it or make the spot fade. Because of that you have to be extremely cautious when pasting because it doesn't take much for paste to come out at the seam, Unfortunately the downside is that sometimes enough paste isn't used , and a seam will lift. It isn't unusual, and I charge more for this type wallcovering because I know I might need to go back, better that than ruin the grasscloth. I tried to explain to (member name removed), but she cut me off rudely and told me she didn't want to hear it, and then told me she didn't want me in her house to fix it. She then proceeded to call me constantly so I decided since I didn't have to go back and fix it I would give her $200.00 back basically just to get her to stop calling. I believed I was right then and I believe I'm right now, she shouldn't have gotten a dime. I don't understand to this day why she seemed to hate my brother, and I've been wallpapering for about 35 years, and very very rarely have a problem, and when I have had one I've always have been able to resolve it except this time. She was mad, and there was no talking to her period."
