Our house was built in 1926 and it still mostly original horsehair plaster which has not been given much attention over the years by the previous owners. Skip's Plastering was referred to us by friends who had used them and we were very impressed with the job Skip did. He is a great guy to work with. Both rooms were done in two days and they did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. His prices were comparable if not a little under other quotes we had received. He offers free estimates and was very punctual when coming up for both the estimate and the job. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend his services. We had previously used a different plaster contractor who has good reviews on angies list for one of the other rooms in our house and were quite disappointed. After only about 4 months the work they did is already cracking again, they did a very poor job in places that my husband had to fix, and they left the house an absolute mess and full of dust. Do yourself a favor, call Skip!
Description of Work: Skip and his team put up new blue board ceilings and plastered over them for a nice smooth finish and repaired and skim coated the walls with multiple coats of plaster in two of our rooms.
