She is very responsible, dependable, and does a great thorough job in cleaning my large colonial house. Ladir is extremely trustworthy and I am often not at home while she is cleaning. She is a wonderful woman and my husband and I are very happy with the cleaning that she does for us.

Oliveira's House Cleaning has done a great job cleaning my house on a regular basis. Ladir (the owner) is very honest and does a great job cleaning. She is opened to criticism and uses them to constantly improve her services. She also gives us a time frame of when we should expect her to be at our house. I would definitely recommend her business.

I am quite satisfied with her. She said she charged $25 an hour but she brings people so really she charges $50. I didn't realize that when I hired her so it was a shock, but her price is in line with other companies. She did a very good job and there isn't anything that I don't like. I just don't know them well enough to be excited about them, but I will be having them back.

Ladir is fantastic. As I stated above she's cleaned my house for a few years now and I am finally posting her information so she can get some additional business. Ladir is Super Super clean. She uses all of our environmentally safe products. She only needs instructions once and off she goes. We could not be happier. My wife sends her birthday cards and Christmas cards. I hope you like her as much as we do. :)
