I paid Anderson $1000.00 up front in full. prepared a dryer, stovetop light and was supposed to repair two igniters on the stovetop. Ordered the two igniters and while he waited he broke the two existing igniters and said he would be back. I returned calls to him for almost a year and asked for a partial refund for the work he didn't complete. He ruined the cooktop and the problem I could light with a match made me have to buy a brand new cooktop costing $5000.00. Please don't use this man because if something goes wrong, you will never hear from him again and my mistake was paying him in full. I didn't,t think he would take advantage of a 72 year old man., my next move will be small claims court.Guys like this should not be in business.

He was great, he arrived when he said he would, he did the repair very quickly. I will definitely be using him for future appliance repairs.

Mr. Silva replaced our dishwasher seal in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely hire him again and recommend his services.

Anderson repaired my Bosch dishwasher. It was easy to schedule the job quickly and he actually called to let me know he was running early to see if that was okay. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the potential causes of the problem as he worked through the troubleshooting process. Another repairman (found through HomeAdvisor) had contacted me first and replaced the dishwasher's controller but this didn't resolve the problem. Anderson told me this was the cause of my issue 9 times out of 10, but he actually took my old controller apart and said it looked fine. He showed me how it should have been tested before replacing a working part. He ended up replacing the water valve (a much less expensive part than the controller) - he even happened to have the part in his truck! Now I have a working dishwasher and I know who I will call first if I have any appliance issues in the future.

I hired them for a Maytag washer repair. Two years ago I had a problem, he was neat clean and did a great job. this summer after 2 years I called him again because the washer broke again. I didn't feel like he listened to me about what was wrong. he ordered a part, than realized what I said was true. He had to order another part. He was called out of the country and did not tell me. Finally when he got back he called. Again I waited a few weeks. It still wasn't working and had to come out a third time. I do give him a "A" for effort. he was respectful and clean and neat. The timing was very stressful for me and the fact that he left without telling me. In the end I had to buy a new machine. I do not think he gave me the correct advice

The range hood was totally broken due to the roof debris that fell to the duct and hood motor. The hood was repaired by Anderson Silva from OfficeTech Appliances and Services and it is working like new now.. Anderson showed to be a great professional, and very efficient , he did an excellent job.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the appointment which was immediately corrected when brought to the attention of the vendor. Anderson was quick and effective. He explained that he could fix the issue with my washing machine but recommended instead that I purchase a new machine. Anderson indicated that it would be more cost effective to do so. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dryer was squeaking loudly so had to have the drum and belt replaced, total cost was $322 so not cheap but well worth it to have a quiet dryer again. He worked quickly and efficiently, was kind to my dog, and didn't leave any mess, so overall was a great experience. Would definitely use him again.

Anderson is a very professional repairman I made a giant mistake and purchased a gas stove from Craig's List. I didn't know it was a propane unit. He found out it was and informed me before he purchased the parts to convert the stove to natural gas. Because it was going to cost too much to change over and recommended me to purchase a different stove. He could have just went for the business but instead he sent me on the right part to correct the problem. Thanks, Anderson, for being a good ethical person. If you need someone good he is the person to call.

The rep who came out to do our dishwasher removal and installation was fantastic. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. We had a tricky removal and installation because of the way the original unit was put in and i may technicians would not have done the job or would have charged a lot more.

Anderson is the best! Professional, prompt and answered every question until we were satisfied. We will definitely use him again.

Bosch dishwasher repair

Anderson was great. He was friendly, showed up on-time and diagnosed and solved the problem with my dishwasher. If need be I'd hire him again and definitely recommend him!

The guy fixed my washing machine for $250 - probably an industry avg.
