I highly recommend Adam! He is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our home network is up and running--and our Mac has come back to life. Adam clearly communicated our options at each juncture in these projects and got done just what we needed.

I couldn't imagine it going any better. Adam Rosen performed everything with grace, accuracy, and in good humor. The fact that every device is humming in our house and we have recovered beloved baby photos is the best thing that has happened all year. I will continue to use Adam forever. I've used them five or six times. He's reliable, and usually pretty prompt. If I have a question I can email him and he gets back to me pretty quickly. There's nothing I really dislike about them. The work was fine. He was very professional. I had no problems.

The short story about Adam Rosen is that he?s golden. His tech support and consulting services have proved to be an invaluable resource to us as our Apple-based lives expand. Both a great planner and a lifesaver, Adam has calmly provided solutions when we were in trouble ? or thought we were; advised on and installed backup software; revamped and turbo-charged an older MacBook; ensured we were properly networked, and, in general, he?s there with answers whenever we call. He?s responsive,  and he comes through every time. And his pricing is fair. I can?t recommend him highly enough, and I hope you?ll contact him about all things Apple.

Adam was terrific--efficient, clear in explaining what he was doing to my computer, and did even more than we agreed when I made the appointment.

He got right back to us and came right out. He did what we needed him to and he did a good job; he was very knowledgeable, approachable, and explained things in standard English as opposed to a lot of technical stuff. His price was a little less than I expected which was pleasant. He came a few minutes early, was very professional, and down to earth. We told him that if we need anything, we would call him again for sure.

However, in the past, I've used Adam to support my home office set up - I'm an attorney. He's done everything from networking set up, troubleshooting, file transfer, back up support and so on. He always gets the issues resolved; is efficient, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend Adam to anyone with a Mac-based life.

Adam was very helpful with advice about what computer hardware to purchase and then made an in-person visit to set up the new equipment. Although I'm pretty computer savvy, without Oakbog the project would have taken much longer and I'm sure filled with frustration. With Oakbog's help the set-up was accomplished quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure instead of a nightmare. I don't make a tech move without Oakbog.

Everything went great.  Adam is terrific to work with.  He explains things well and in a way that I can understand, not being an advanced computer person.  He has always been able to solve every issue I have ever had.  This example was a pretty straight forward job, but I have used Adam many times and no matter how complex the problem, he has given it his full focus and fixed it.

Adam can usually can schedule an appointment within a few days of your call and shows up on time.  He works quickly to identify and fix problems. He advises solutions and sets up any applications so they are running smoothly and correctly.

Over the course of the past six months, I have had good reason to believe that my aol email account has been hacked on multiple occasions and have been communicating with Adam via email about my suspicions.  Last week, I decided that it was time to schedule an onsite visit to address these concerns and to assist me in preventing future breaches of security, and within four days.  As usual,
Adam responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for four days later.   He arrived punctually at the appointed hour and worked diligently for two hours to review my three computers and to offer solutions for easing my mind about the potential for future problems.  I agreed with his suggestion to install new security programs on all three computers, even though they are Macs and less prone to attacks, and Adam moved forward with the purchase and installation of said programs.  At every step along the way, he explained what he was doing and the reason for it, and in answer to my questions, we also discussed additional ways for me to avoid further problems in the future.  By the end of his visit, Adam was able to answer all of my concerns in a timely manner and with great
satisfaction.  
Through his company, Oakbog Professional Services, Adam has been my in-home "go to" Mac service technician for the past couple of years, ever since his services were recommended to me by another professional, home office service provider.  He has always performed his tasks with complete professionalism and competency and within a reasonable time-frame.  Usually, we communicate via email, and he responds immediately, or after he finishes working with another client.  He has been very responsive to emailed questions or problems and is willing to remedy them remotely, if possible.  I have considered his fees to be fair, considering his expertise, and overall, I have been very pleased with his work.  Adam is also trustworthy and considerate, and I have never had any concerns about having him in my home.  Most definitely, I recommend his services with the highest of regard.

It's difficult to find somebody who services Macs - and he is great! He gave us many suggestions for the future as well as training on our system. He's permanently our IT consultant from now on.
