Since 2000, we have been providing a wide array of real estate related solutions to both Residential & Commercial clients. From assisting clients in finding the perfect home, apartment or office to overseeing every aspect of their home renovation or office relocation. Over 90% of our clients come to us as referrals and remain as repeat customers. In our role as general contractors we do use subcontractors for all specialty trades work including but not limited to; electricians, plumbers, movers, architects, engineers, etc. All subcontractors are licensed and insured and have worked with us on several projects over the years. We do charge a fee for our construction, design & project management services over and above the subcontractors fees which range depending on the scope of the project and are discussed beforehand and would be outlined in detail in all contracts so there is no room for assumptions. As an Angie List member we offer 3 hours of free home staging services for all properties listed through our office and /or a 1% discount on our commission fee for all properties listed and sold through our office; for instance if we list your property and find the buyer will discount the commission by 1%.
