Description of Work: Marcelo painted our living room, filled holes in the walls and sealed part of our chimney that was leaking moisture. Marcelo was able to suggest a solution for our chimney leakage problem.

+ -1 moreI had a firm deadline for completion of the work & Marcelo met that deadline. The results of Marcelo's work are great. There were many details, such as making the new wall flush with existing beams & corners, that Marcelo paid careful attention to. Marcelo took the time to make sure the doors were cut & hung in the best way for a very tricky situation. I was really impressed how Marcelo's work blended & matched so well with existing structures & details.
Description of Work: Marcelo built a wall with double french doors to create a private guest room in my basement. The job was complicated by an overhead beam that was too low for standard door height & not perfectly straight, & a floor which was not perfectly level. This required cutting the doors & door frame to fit. Additional work included adding trim & molding to match the rest of the room & painting.
