Our 1880's clapboard building (renovated in the 1970's into 4 side-by-side townhouses, one of which we live in now) suffered severe water damage to large sections of the exterior wood siding and underlying plywood. We discovered this last month, while our building was being repainted. Much of the wood had rotted to the extent that the window frames were actually coming loose. Our painter recommended Carlos and his crew based on previous experience. He arrived the same day we called him, and provided an estimate several hours later. They began work the following day and completed it in less than a week. Carlos was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. He communicated very well. The quality of the work is excellent. His crew members were uniformly excellent: punctual, hardworking, and careful with our yard and property. In sum, our experience with Lightning Contractors was wonderful, and we would certainly choose them again!
