The work started off well; demolition and framing were on schedule and appeared to be well done. The finish work, punch list, and inspections took longer than desired - somewhat due to poor communication by the contractor (I suspect dealing with three owners was not typical for them so it was sometimes difficult). In the end they followed through on everything though, so it was an okay experience overall. They may be a good contractor for a single family owner who is more flexible.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. We had to have them come back 3 times, and still the finish work was less than poor. Screws were not flush, cuts were not even, spaces in trex were uneven, the finish around the posts was horrific, the trex on the railing was bowed and not flush, especially at posts, corners were not flush. The dumpster remained in driveway long after job was done...Need I say more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

They were on Angie’s List. They charged us about $7500 for their services. Our experience with them was very good. They did a good job. They were very professional. They showed up to do the initial estimate and the consult. They had like a little tri-fold pamphlet on their company. They gave that and they were very professional in doing the estimate. Then they sent back the quote via e-mail. The work turned out great. Another reason why we chose them was because they were less than another quote that we got. They used more joists which were 12 inches instead of 16 because we used the composite decking. The other companies didn’t want to do that. LC Painting & Construction also used 6 by 6 posts, which the other companies didn’t want to do. The other companies wanted to use 4 by 4. So, we liked LC Painting & Construction because of the choice of the construction materials. Overall, they were good. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up well after the job was completed. They are very reasonable in price and very high quality. I will be using them again in a couple weeks.

Absolutely great. They were prompt and courteous. Returned phone calls right away, showed up exactly when they said they would, left the work area clean, they completed the job on schedule. I would hir ethem again with no reservations.

They were responsive and punctual. I would use them in future if need be.

He is the best contractor I've ever had. He was very creative. It turned out he was a very experienced carpenter. He was prompt and professional. He used sub contractors for plumbing, electrical and stone work. There were problems that came up but he took care of them.
